TESTING ON ASPHALT BINDER AND EMULSION
Integer Consulting is one of few AASHTO accredited asphalt binder testing laboratories in the Phoenix Metro area. Asphalt binder testing includes, but not limited to: Superpave performance grade, specific gravity, penetration, solubility, softening point, viscosity, elastic recovery, ductility, etc.
Integer is also AASHTO accredited to perform testing on Emulsion and to recover binder from asphalt mixtures.
PERFORMANCE TESTING AND ANALYSIS
Whether it comes to performing an Engineering Assessment or ensuring a quality product is being produced, Integer conducts performance testing to verify that a pavement structure will perform as per design and service life intent.

PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
One of the main services Integer’s pavement engineers specialize in is establishing pavement management systems for homeowner associations, property managers and cities. Integer conducts a pavement condition survey and provides a brief report reflecting the condition and life expectancy of streets and parking lots. Integer helps in managing maintenance, restoration and reconstruction projects using the most cost-effective approaches. The report also includes cost projections and specific recommendations for each project future scope of work to help focus clients money and energy on performing the right corrective or preventive actions at the right time.
